iMovie, Garageband and iWork apps are now free to ALL Apple users
Apple’s popular productivity apps – iWork, Garageband and iMovie – have been free to download for people who bought a new Apple device since 2013. However, yesterday they made them free for everyone, regardless of whether they originally bought the device or not.
The apps now free are:
- iWork – Apple’s Office Suite –
- Garageband – music recording and sequencing
- iMovie – movie creation
This is good news for iOS and MacOS users who bought their kit second-hand. It’s also welcome news to schools and small businesses who may want to download multiple copies of the software.
Got an iPhone, an iPad or a Mac? Head over to the app store and grab your free copies now.
